The founder of Social media Facebook will Depart By 2020-Says Analyst

Yes,In Recently Interviewed by CNBC Ironfire Capital founder Eric Jackson told: "“In five to eight years they are going to disappear in the way that Yahoo has disappeared,Yahoo is still making money, it’s still profitable, still has 13,000 employees working for it, but it’s 10% of the value that it was at the height of 2000,”Facebook stock officially went on sale on May 18 at $38 per share. It closed Monday at $26.90.

Facebook Launched in Feb,2004 Before that Public was not aware about this social networking.or may be not using as like now.There are three reason behind these.

Facebook IPO

On 18 May Facebook's Founder Mark Zuckerberg put up 421 million shares of its common stock up for sale And They expect to gain more money from public to expand the company.but Facebook‘s sliding stock price has at least one hedge fund manager predicting a dismal decade ahead for the social network.but Today Price of Fb's Shares Is $27(around).the price of shares are down by $11.I think this the major reason behind this prediction of analyst.company can't make its image on share market as they expected to do.

Generation

The analyst formed his opinion after looking at how different generations of web companies have emerged over time. Yahoo, he said, was part of the first generation, comprising giant web portals. With the arrival of the second generation — social web companies that include Facebook — Yahoo and its counterparts faded. The third generation, says Jackson, is made up of businesses intent on monetizing the mobile platform, an area in which Facebook is seen to be having a hard time.

“When you look over these three generations, no matter how successful you are in one generation, you don’t seem to be able to translate that into success in the second generation, no matter how much money you have in the bank, no matter how many smart PhDs you have working for you,” Jackson explained. “Look at how Google has struggled moving into social, and I think Facebook is going to have the same kind of challenges moving into mobile.”

He continued, “The world is moving faster, it’s getting more competitive, not less, and I think those who are dominant in their prior generation are really going to have a hard time moving into this newer generation.”

Other Social Sites

In Social Networking There Are Many Company Which also started there own social sites for there user like Google+ having 10 million active user as well twitter have 12 million active users.there many other social sites like linkdin,stumbleupon,digg,etc.there also giving some advance functionality to there user like professional groups or discussion and privacy also. but Facebook failed to provide this functionality.there are many issue for facebook spam and other  reason that stop to facebook to make a good image on web.

In its required initial pre-IPO disclosure of 35 “risk factors” released in February, the company admitted that as mobile use of Facebook and the web in general continues to expand, its ad-free mobile platform will become more problematic. In an amended filing in May, the company underscored that challenge again.
